Every woman periodically wants to grow thin. Why do we do it? We want to be beautiful, light, airy, charming. Everyone has heard about protein diet. What is the main sense of this diet? And what’s the difference of this diet compared to others? The main thing is that you can eat different types of food. For example, fish and seafood, lean meat, cereals. You can eat vegetables (without the starch) and unsweetened fruits. You can  also eat cottage cheese. As you can see, the list of food is rather varied. It is possible to eat some eggs and nuts, too.

It’s desirable to boil or  bake all of these products. Or you can cook it in a steamer. They will retain their useful properties.

You should eat 5-6 times a day in the small portions. Drink plenty of pure water (up to 2 liters per day).

The doctors recommend eating a few spoonfuls of bran every morning. It will help you to clean your body quickly.

It is necessary to abandon of some things such as flour products, alcohol, carbonated drinks. You should also limit the amount of oil and sugar.

You should remember, that the diet will be more effective in combination with physical activity.

It is useful to go to the gym. But if you don’t have any time or opportunity for doing it, you can do your own physical exercises at home every day.

Attention: you mustn’t use protein diet more than 2-3 weeks. And you can repeat this diet not more than 2 times per year.

If you decided to grow thin, you have to listen to your body. You should analyze your feelings. All people are individual. Every person needs something special. A diet must be useful, but not harmful.
