Seasonal drowsiness is a fairly common phenomenon. It occurs when the seasons change. This is especially true after winter because the body lacks vitamins, heat, and sunlight. The doctors give recommendations on how to get rid of the off-season sleepiness.
Allow enough time for a full sleep. It should be spent from 7 to 9 hours on night rest. Oversupply of sleep is also harmful as well as its lack.
In the morning, drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice or honey. Such a beverage will help the body to wake up.
Refuse of fatty foods. It also contributes to sleepiness.
Do not forget about taking vitamins B and C. They will help you to cheer up.
Physical exercise is the key to good health. Do it regularly and sleep will not chase you during the day.
