Already standing on the threshold with a suitcase called the manager from the travel agency and said that the flight was again postponed from 5 am to 18.55. And the airport of departure from Zhulyan to Borispol has changed. She began to think frantically what to do.

It was decided to stay home until morning. Just like on the hotline! Okay. We registered from the departures at … 14.00 !!! Sixth transfer of departure time! We registered most likely to remove us from the eyes of other passengers. People figure it out on DutyFree. We look at the scoreboard … Time of departure … 15.00. People gathered near the gate. D16 … Who does not know – this is the first floor, the very latest gate .. According to information from unknown sources – the plane takes tourists from Tunisia, who are waiting for the aircraft for 3 days! Nervous … No airplane. There is no information. Agents do not know anything. It’s stuffy, the children are hungry, they want to sleep. Water in DutyFree for 0,5l 1 euro. A sandwich in a cafe from 130 UAH … The time of departure changes in the 8th time at 15.30. People are furious. The agents are convinced that the plane has arrived and is now on refueling. The plane is not visible!
It takes another half an hour in nervous tension. The time of departure is changed to 16.00. People call TV because the operators do not answer. Ready to beat the glass. Children in tears, tired and hungry. Have driven SkyBus. The irony of fate … On SkyBus advertising Chernobyl tours. Intuition again gives a signal of concern … Prior to this, by the way, printers on registration refused to print boarding passes. There are already signs everywhere. Okay. Missed us on SkyBus. They’re driving … Somewhere far away. People joke – now they will be taken out to the field and left there, that would not be shouted. Brought to an unknown aircraft (without a single identification mark) to the spare lane. We launched into the plane. Board conductor somehow very hesitant and stuttered briefed on the actions in the event of an emergency. Okay. Have taken off.
We joke, now we will circle and again we will return. We circled … 30 minutes in the sky. The stewardess announces that for technical reasons we are returning to Boryspil airport. Shock. This is a joke??? No, it’s not a joke. If someone does not know, the team talks to each other in English, that would not create a panic among the passengers. Panic was the same … The plane crashes … Shock !!! Thanks to the pilots – they landed normally.
They landed from the plane all. People refused to return to the terminal and began to demand the replacement of an airplane! We were surrounded by three SkyBus, police and unknown men in masks, with machine guns. Heat, sun, wind. People were sitting right on the landing site. Nobody explained anything. A pilot came out and said that he would not fly on this plane and people would not put him in it! They called the airport representative, he went out after half an hour of demands. I could not explain anything. He said that now the engineering clue will repair the plane and fly right away.
But the team refused to fly. They ordered us to fly with the new team. People have a shock – we are not suicides and children will not be put on this plane. They asked to feed the children a hot dinner and give water. Water was distributed from the plane. About dinner silence. There are no forces … Such ugliness has not yet been seen! Waiting for Manna Heaven is more than 12 hours. Upon request, they gave us the phone number of the general manager of BravoAirways. He listened to half and disconnected.
JoinUp does not pick up the phone! We returned to the terminal. I went with a child in DutyFree to buy water and cookies. Thanks to the guys from DutyFree for their moral support. We returned to the gate. All of us brought hot dinners and distributed water. We ate for the first time in a day! There is no information. I sympathize with the girl agents … 200 people could hardly resist anger.
Reported that the aircraft was almost repaired at 20.00 we will fly on it. People demand another plane! People demand a technical conclusion about the serviceability of the aircraft they want to drive.
