James Cameron plans to shoot a continuation of the cult movie «Terminator». Only this time, the famous director will serve as a producer of the film. A production will be engaged by Tim Miller, a famous American animator, and film director.
Shooting will begin in 2019. It was then that James Cameron will get back the rights to use this story. According to the American law, after 35 years the director can refer again to the theme of Terminator.

In 1984, Cameron sold the rights to the film to producer Gale Anne Hurd. The transaction price was one dollar. The director went for it to obtain financing for the production of the movie.
