Turnover increasing

The head of the enterprise noted that the volumes of the received products were not too big yet, only one ton per year. Therefore, it is still difficult to cover many countries. But production will expand, as applications from South-East Asia have already been received.

To receive this delicacy, the Japanese artificially bred sturgeon in special farms. This process is tightly regulated by the Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.
