According to American scientists, red wine prevents the extra kilos. This conclusion was made by experts after conducting two experiments in different universities in the United States of America.

The first study

Harvard experts had been watching the group of women. The participants have been regularly drinking red wine for 13 years. In addition, the researchers took into account the weight class and physical activity. The experiment involved 20 thousand of ladies.

The second test

Simultaneously with their Harvard colleagues, University of Washington scientists had been studying this issue. They conducted research on mice. Rodents had been eaten a special extract, taken from the peel of red grapes.

Conclusions

It was found that drinking red wine or eating grape extract stimulates the production of useful fat cells that simplify the process of fat burning. The weight of the experiment participants, including mice, did not increase. In some cases, there was weight loss.
