More than a million people in Great Britain are opposed to meeting the new US President Donald Trump with Elizabeth II. The petition containing the protest was posted yesterday on the government website of Britain. And in the evening it was already signed by more than 80 thousand people.

Under current law, in the presence of 10 thousand votes, the government must respond to the petition. If a number of signatories exceed 100 thousand, Parliament can begin a debate on this issue.

Such a sharp reaction to the British American president is associated with the poor behavior of Trump and his disrespectful attitude towards women.

However, the petition does not refer to restrict the entry of Donald Trump in Britain on a working visit. The only protest against his meetings with representatives of the royal family is specified.
