Goat’s milk is considered to be an excellent alternative to the cow’s milk. This is not surprising since this product contains many useful substances. It is especially important to give it to children. However, some pediatricians claim that it is not worth giving goat’s milk to babies for up to a year. Such limitations are explained by insufficiently developed  kidneys of baby, which can not normally take such a quantity of useful trace elements.

After a year, you can safely add goat’s milk to the children’s diet. Only you need to start with a small dose, gradually increasing it. In the beginning, you can add milk to the porridge. And after a while, give it in its whole condition. The daily norm of milk for a child should not exceed 300 ml.
